Groups: Coach Q has two groups determined by level of fitness. If you are interested in being in a group workout you will meet with him first to determine the better group for your fitness level. Group workouts are $50/month/person.
One on One Training: Personal trainings are $30/hour for members and $40/hour for non-members. Please click the link above to set up a time!
