Prices
Groups: Coach Q has two groups determined by level of fitness. If you are interested in being in a group workout you will meet with him first to determine the better group for your fitness level. Group workouts are $50/month/person.
One on One Training: Personal trainings are $30/hour for members and $40/hour for non-members. Please click the link above to set up a time!
As a former NCAA Division 1 wrestler at Iowa State with multiple years spent at the Olympic Training Center, Quean (pronounced: Key-On) has honed his skills in developing comprehensive fitness programs that deliver results. If you’re looking to take your fitness journey to the next level, Quean can help you get there. Each week, you’ll focus on a different part of your body with workouts that target specific muscle groups and help you build strength, stamina, and endurance. From high-intensity interval training (HIIT) to CrossFit, bodybuilding, and circuits, these workouts are designed to challenge and help you achieve your sports and fitness goals.
