STEP I: In this phase you will begin to develop the basics for strength training and cardiovascular workouts. You will work one on one with an instructor who will design a program just for you. The instructor will motivate you to change your past behaviors and encourage you to make long-term changes to enhance your health.
STEP II: In this phase you will become even more experienced with various cardiovascular and strength training exercised. You will still be working one-on-one with an instructor who will help guide you through specific workouts. Key concepts of nutrition in regard to lifestyle change will be introduced during this phase.
STEP III: This is the third and final phase of the three-step process. In this phase, you will continue to work one-on-one with an instructor. Diet and nutrition will be discussed even more during the phase. The individual will feel confident in this new knowledge of cardiovascular and strength training and be prepared to continue in the future.
MEETS: Your commitment to this program entitles you to individually schedule sessions that you may schedule according to your availability. You will have 10 (45 minute sessions) to schedule with your instructor. Because of varying levels of fitness, it may take more than 10 sessions to achieve your desired goal.
Members: $100.00 (amounts to $10.00 a session)
Potential Members: $200.00 (amounts to $20.00 dollars a session)
