Age in Building Policy

Refunds
- Membership dues are not refundable.
- Should the YMCA need to cancel a program, a refund or program credit will be issued to the participant.
- If a participant cancels prior to the first class, a refund or program credit will be provided less a $5.00 service charge.
- After a class has met once, there will be no refunds or credits issued.
- There will be no make-up classes for classes which fall on a holiday unless stated.
Financial Assistance
| In keeping with our mission and policy of serving the entire community, the Brookville YMCA has limited financial assistance available for those in need. Forms are available at the desk. All information is confidential. To have your application processed you must complete the entire application and submit all requested information. Processing time is typically 2 to 3 weeks and those who qualify will receive verification in the mail. |
Sponsorship Assistance
| The financial policies of the Brookville YMCA are consistent with the Association's Mission. It is the goal of the Brookville YMCA to provide educational, social and physical development services to people regardless of their ability to pay. Within its financial capability, the Brookville YMCA will provide sponsorship assistance for YMCA membership and program participation based on financial need. |
Cancellations
In the unlikely event your class is cancelled, we will notify you by phone. You may transfer to another class or receive a full refund. When we are closed or classes are cancelled due to bad weather, we will notify you by phone, if possible. If the weather becomes severe late in the day and there is a question about class cancellation, please listen to the local radio station for this information. All classes will be made up if possible. If a make up class is not possible, a credit or partial refund will be made available |
Class Registration

In Person .....Stop by the front desk of the YMCA at 125 Main Street in Brookville to register for programs or to obtain a "Y" Membership. Be sure to have the program name, cost and program times to save you time when registering. |
By Phone .....All phone registrations must be paid before the start of the class. Be sure to have the class name, cost and class times when you call.
