All exercise classes are free to YMCA Members!

  1. Membership card must be presented at registration.
  2. Classes are on a session basis unless otherwise stated in class description.
  3. Class sizes are limited. If your name is placed on a waiting list, every effort will be made to create additional space or classes, provided it conforms to our standards of quality and safety.
  4. Registration is required for each session for all classes and programs.
Non-members pay $35.00/month. Pre-registration is required and a minimum of 5 pre-registered participants is required for a class to be scheduled.

Every fitness class is taught by a certified member of our fitness staff. Fitness director Amy Young and her talented staff are here to help you get in shape and stay in shape!
