This facility is located on the 2nd floor and is complete with men's and ladies' restrooms. The Y's qualified staff is on hand to give you instruction and answers to any questions you may have.

We are proud to be partnered with Highmark and bring you group wellness classes. The classes are FREE to Highmark members and reasonably priced for all others. The classes are offered on a rotating schedule. Call the YMCA to add you name to our list and we'll call you when we have enough participants for the class. Below is a list of the classes offered:
Discover Relaxation Within 1 and 2
Emphasizes a holistic approach toward managing stress though breathing exercises, meditation, and visualization. Class will meet four times, 1 and 1/2 hours each class
Clear The Air
Programs objectives include helping participants determine their personal motivation to quit tobacco and provide resources and tools. Class will meet for one, 2 hour session.
Eat Well for Life 1 and 2
Participants receive both didactic and experiential lessons though classroom, Grocery store and cooking demo experiences. Class will meet four times, 1 and 1/2 hours for each class.
Personal Nutrition Coaching
Participants will have one on one coaching with our registers dietitian, Elizabeth Alderton. Together they will map out a nutrition plan based on individual needs.
